Frustration and Determination

First you need to understand, I am not a technical person. Words such as "hyperlink", "HTML code", "upload" and "USB port" scare me. Kevin and I still have not figured out how to make our VCR tape something, and that is not a joke. I am determined to figure these things out though.

I am frustrated because I have been trying in vain to get pictures of the boys on the blog. Some friends of ours gave us a digital camera this past summer after they purchased a new one. The user's guide, likened to the size of War and Peace, overwhelmed me and so I did what any reasonable person would do. I hid it. This morning I pulled it out and was determined to figure out the camera, transfer the pictures to the computer and get them on the blog. I have been successful in only part of my venture.
1. Figuring out how the camera works
2. Transfering the pictures to the computer.
I am determined to have something tangible to show for my effort by the end of today.

I am not daunted by tasks requiring physical strength but sometimes the mental ones get me! Say you wanted to see how far you could throw the camera or how hard you could kick the computer, well I'm your girl. Keep your fingers crossed.

Oh, dear, I can't help but feel partially responsible for adding to your frustration. I pooped out on you when you needed me! I was not there for you! Please forgive me. I am not free and available. Call me and we'll do it.

Hey, you did it- and they look GREAT! If you need help in laymen's terms, please don't hesitate to email me. I'm not a guru by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm willing to help and always highly caffeinated. It goes a long way, trust me. :-)

Keep bloggin!
