All In a Day's Work

Getting started.

Kevin and John. Kevin is counting and John is directing.

Still counting.

Preparing the frame as Jeremy mounts the wood pile.

Uncle Joe explaining his plan to Kevin.

A lesson in the finer points of carpentry.

A lesson for dad, too.

Uncle Joe, our shed building hero!

The framed building, obviously.

Settling in for breakfast. This was actually Thursday but the boys look so cute, I couldn't resist sticking it in!

Look to the finish!

Love the carpet under the kitchen table. And the white clock is also nice.

I love the paint in the breakfast nook!

The pictures of the guys working are fantastic. I really love it when men work together with boys. It's so much fun to watch them patiently teach and explani! And the littles are always so excited about helping!

Enjoy your new home!

Your mom is right... :-) the rug is gorgeous! And your boys look so cute all lined there. My favorite time with my boy is in the morning, he is just so sweet. I coming to believe that mornings are the best time for men/boys. Love your new house, hope you're enjoying every "settling in" moment!

What a great job they did!

I love your dining room, btw. So pretty, and it frames the guys quite nicely! (Are you just loving the new house???)
