Today I am participating in the Mantel Party over at the Nester's place. I am not absolutely in love with the stone mantel, I much prefer white wood, but we do the best with what we have.
If you have a mantel and need some decorating help, hop on over to the Nester and join in the party. But don't do that until you have given me your feedback. Is there too much stuff on my mantel? Should I space the items better? What needs to stay and what should go? Thought, opinions, and ideas welcome.

I LOVE the rock and the color. I have some type weird wood mantel. Want to cover that and then paint it. Love all the elements you brought together and the painting is gorgeous!

Wow! Way to use what you got! Excellent wall color choice for that unique mantel...it would have stumped me!
I love it, I think you have great scale and the heights are perfect. Love the white in there too! You've really done a great job color scheme wise with the stone color.
If you were to change one thing, I would add a small little plant or succulent to the right of the clock, and maybe remove some of the garland, just to play around with it.
Really love the clock. All the colors work so well together.
