You Didn't Just Say That!

The Setting: The kitchen table after father has helped his two children complete their homework.

The Scene: Father sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee in his hand and a bewildered look on his face.

Father: I don't know how you homeschooled. I don't know why you want to homeschool.

Mother: Were they not cooperating with you?

Father: I would send them all to reform school. Give 'em a uniform and start marching! Hit 'em with a stick if they talked.

Mother: silence

Father: You're going to blog that, aren't you?

Mother: You bet I am!

I'm rolling with laughter. I have felt this way (when my son was young) & can validate Kevin's frustrations. Too funny!!!
...and of course you would blog this. What was that man thinking????!!!/???

ROFLMBO!

I love your humor- it sounds so much like me and my husband.

Don't ever stop making each other laugh! (or us, for that matter!)

ROFL! That is so funny! Did you show him where the stash of M&M's is kept?

Zorak has taken to prefacing some discussions with, "OK, don't blog this, but..." and it just kills me because it's usually really good blogfodder. I'm glad Kevin's more lenient, b/c y'all really make me smile. :-)
