Stella Needs Her Groove Back

Stella just sounds better than "Laney."

Here I sit, coffee in hand, waiting for something really interesting to pop into my head...... Alas, there is nothing!

I haven't blogged because I have nothing to blog about. Who wants to read about the 9 bajillion loads of laundry that I have done? Or the grocery shopping that I haven't done? (Go ahead kids, just eat the grapes that aren't moldy.) Or maybe you want to hear that we are still waiting for an interview to determine the fate of our move?

I have read blogs that are boring laundry lists, blech! None of you qualify that remark, by the way. That's just the problem, you all have such interesting lives! Either that or you are really good liars! :-)

The one thing that I really want to do, I lack the mental capabilities to accomplish. I really want to customize my blog with a new template. I tried to do it Saturday night and the results were less than fabulous! Long story short, I lost my links and yelled really loudly.

I googled free blog templates, did I mention that I want everything for free? No, well I do. Here's the thing about "free." You don't have to shell out any moola, but you will end up pulling out all of your hair and having to repent for yelling really loudly because when it's free, you have to do it yourself. No, I do not know how to write HTML code and of all the things in the world that I would like to learn how to do, writing HTML code is just one step above underwater basket weaving.

So there you have it. Any graphic designers out there? To be more specific...any graphic designers who work gratis? :-)

You are too funny!!! You have a very interesting life. It is basically controlled chaos (this is a good thing) 'cause you have 3 boys-beautiful, creative, talented, imaginative boys who finds lots to do. You are a wonderful mom & I love reading what's happening in your house. It is NEVER boring.
HTML code???? Why would anyone want to learn this-I'd rather do underwater basket weaving...& I can't even swim!!!!
Have a blessed day my dear blogger buddy!!
Namaste'
PS Don't worry, one of the boys will do something really creative (?!?!?!) & you will have blogger fodder.
Love ya!!

Hi Laney,

Whenever you change your template, your sidebar additions will be deleted. Cut and paste them into WORDPERFECT (or whatever word processing program is on your computer) and then cut and paste them into your new template. It is easier than it sounds! Here is a sight for some nice blogger templates-FREE!!!

If you have any questions let me know-I am lucky to have a resident computer whiz right here in my own house-she is the one that handles all my template changes (she also likes to lovingly tell me that I am computer-illiterate)! She likes to give advice so feel free to ask away!

BTW-I enjoy reading about your day-to-day life just as it is! I mean, if your life seems TOO exciting I may begin to feel jealous and I won't come around any more!!! HA HA HA!

Have a great day!

Hey, I've blogged chore lists before. ;-)

Laney, I'm not the greatest but I can write basic HTML if you need help. Just e-mail me if you still need help...

HUGS - praying for that job situation!

Go get those groceries. It's got to be easier than the whole HTML thing! And heck, I just blogged about taking out the trash! Hope you have a great day!

LOL, st least your grapes have mold on them. Mine have already become raisins. Please, your blog is great, I really enjoy reading it. Very funny, entertaining and refreshing. We're Mother's. I think that is what we are supposed to blog about. Llaundry, clogged toilets (which by the way Honey had to pull the bowl and call the Roto guy just yesterday. See, it's everywhere.) kids, etc. Nothing really of great interest here, just the everyday.

Oh, I left some HNT information over in my comments. :) Some are out of hand, I'm more of the PG type.
